Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email with instructions to join the community and get started building your site right away.

Purchase hosting & theme
You will need to sign up with our recommended hosting provider and purchase the real estate theme. Don’t worry, we walk you through each step.*(see FAQs)

give us access
In order for us to migrate the pre-built template to your website (so that you don’t have to start from scratch) you’ll need to send us permission.

migrate website template
The website migration process will take up to 2 business days, but in the meantime you can get working on the next step.

collect brand assets
You’ll get access to Canva templates to collect and prepare all of the brand images you’ll need for your new website.
06
customize your website
As soon as the template has been migrated to your domain, you can begin customizing it, to make it your own!

WordPress. Your new website will use the free WordPress.org open source software.
What’s the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org? WordPress.com is a service that helps you build a website using the WordPress software with managed hosting, while WordPress.org is the software itself, which you can use to build and maintain a website on your own.
We will be using WordPress.org.
Yes. You will need to sign up for website hosting with the same company we use. It costs $3.99 per month for the first year and then $14.99 per month after that.
You will need a website domain name. You can transfer one you already own or purchase a new one for $17.99 per year.
You will also need to purchase the Real Estate Theme from the developer. It is a one-time cost of $69.00.
This course is open for enrollment any time.
Why yes you do!
No. This program only works on a WordPress.org website. You will need to create a new website on WordPress….but of course we teach you step by step how to do it.
Unfortunately not. In order for us to migrate the pre-built template over to your new website, it requires the same hosting company we use.
Of course! Having a blog on your website is critical if you want to get found by buyers and sellers.
No. You will be able to add all of your own properties, however if you would like an IDX feed to include MLS listings on your site, that is a separate process through a third party company with separate costs.
We recommend you check which companies your local real estate board services and what their costs are. ShowcaseIDX, iHomeFinder, IDXBroker and Realtyna are the most popular options.
If you are stuck or something isn’t working, you can open a support ticket. The support desk is available Mon-Fri from 9am – 5pm EST and questions are usually answered within 24 hours.
Yes of course. The hosting provider installs an SSL certificate on your website so that it is secured with the lock symbol in the URL.
Absolutely. You will own this website and domain and can do whatever you wish in the future.
Nope. You will learn everything you need inside the program to get the correct hosting and purchase a domain name. If you already have a domain you’d like to keep, that’s ok too! We’ll teach you how to transfer it.
Absolutely not. If you can follow a recipe in a cookbook, you can build and manage a WordPress website.
No. The pre-built template and theme are specific for Real Estate Agents.
Absolutely! You’re going to customize the pre-built website and make it your own adding your images, logos, fonts, colours and content.
YOU. You will own the domain, the hosting, the theme and the website. We just built a template for you, so that you don’t have to start from scratch. We’ll transfer that template to you and it’s all yours after that.
Yes. You can change everything if you’d like! That is the beauty of a WordPress website…it is completely customizable. Add video, images, text, anything at all, anywhere on your new website!
You will receive a website exactly as shown on the Demo Site. You will be taught how to customize everything. Although you’ll be able to, you will not be taught how to change your website to something completely different.
Of course! It comes pre-built exactly like the Demo Site, however you can add or delete pages to your heart’s content.
A website itself is not search engine optimized, the content is. This website comes with an SEO plugin that will teach you how to create content that is search engine optimized.
The lessons focus on building a website. If you would like help with writing the copy on your entire website, we have a program available to get it done in a day.
Absolutely. WordPress supports more integrations with third party services than any other website platform. You can easily connect it with your CRM, email service provider and more. Just ask them if they integrate with WordPress. Chances are they do!
Yes! The theme allows you to add multiple agents. You could start a Brokerage and this website would work great!
